AND YES, 1 PGM IS CLOSABLE|||I am afraid this armor is completely worthless. Or even less than that. Personally I would consider disposing of it for you if you offered me 1 PG. Maybe.
Just an advice
Enhanced durability increases repair costs without providing any actually useful benefit, so it is basically (or in majority of cases) rather malus than bonus.
